We had to leave the house in a hurry one afternoon to tend to a situation and did not have time to start dinner. We ended up finishing our night a little too late to go home and cook and decided to stop at LongHorn for the night before returning home. It was a Thursday evening so I pulled up the website to login and put our name on the waitlist so that when we arrived it would be time to be seated. The website stated there was no wait time. When we pulled up to the restaurant there was a line of people standing outside waiting.  When I walked into the restaurant to give our name we were told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour for a party of four. I pulled up the website to see what the wait time showed and explained that when I went to sign up for the wait list earlier it said there was zero wait time. He stated yeah the website always says that, it’s been broken for months. There was no empathy, compassion or understanding shown from him. He shut down the conversation and made it clear that it was not going to be discussed any further. We left upset that night and found a different restaurant to dine at.
